HIGH SEASON, arrivals and departures are ON SATURDAYS
(july and august)
- 30
% deposit at time of reservation, a second payment (30
%) 2 months prior to arrival.
- 50%
deposit if the reservation is made less than 2 months before.
- Options
are held for 6 days. If this reservation is not sent back to us
within
6 days (10 days from foreign countries) along with the required
deposit, we reserve the right to make the rental you requested
available to another party.
- Tenant's
Optional Cancellation Insurance : 3 % of a holiday
- Balance
to be paid 15 days prior to arrival
- Visitors
tax (2009) is additional : F2a, F2b: 0.60 per day per person
over 13 years of age and F3, Villa : 0,96 /day/pers.
The rates of visitor’s
tax for the year 2010 have not yet been communicated
- Rentals
are available from 5:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.
- Your rental
will be clean when you arrive. You are responsible for
cleaning it before you depart ( a security deposit with
cash or Traveller's check will be asked for cleaning) :
- You
can either do the cleaning yourself, leaving the premises
as clean as when you arrived
- Or pay
for the cleaning service : 50 for the F2a, 60 € for
the F2b,
70 € for the F3, and 100 for Villa
- Security
deposit for rentals (out of Euro : cash or Traveller's
check) :
=> F2a : 300 / F2b : 500 / F3 : 700 / Villa : 1000
Security deposit for cleaning and rentals will be return
by post after 48 h
- Water
and electricity included
