- DURING HIGH SEASON, arrivals
and departures are ON SATURDAYS (july and august)
- 30 % deposit at time of reservation,
a second payment (30 %) 2 months prior to arrival.
- 50% deposit if the reservation
is made less than 2 months before.
- Options are held for 6 days. If this reservation is not sent
back to us within
6 days (10 days from foreign countries) along with the required
deposit, we reserve the right to make the apartment you requested
available to another party.
- Tenant's Optional Cancellation Insurance :
3 % of a holiday
- Balance to be paid 15 days prior
to arrival
- Visitors tax is additional
from 07/04/01 to 07/09/30 : F1, F2 A, F2 B : 0.55 per
day per person over 13 years of age and F3 : 0,88 /day/pers.
- Apartments are available from 5:00 p.m. and must be vacated
by 11:00 a.m.
- Your apartment will be clean when you arrive. You
are responsible for cleaning it before you depart (
a security deposit with Traveller's check will be asked for cleaning)
:
- You can either do the cleaning yourself, leaving the premises
as clean as when you arrived
- Or pay for the cleaning service : 40 for the F1, 50
for the F2 A,
60 for the F2 B and 70 for the F3
- Security deposit
for apartments (out of Euro : Traveller's check) :
=> F1 : 300 / F2 A: 300 /F2 A: 400 / F3 : 500
Security deposit for cleaning and apartments will be return
by post after 48 h
